The experience of the group assessment has been extremely insightful for me.
What I have learnt about myself:
- I have a high level of motivation and strong work ethic1
- I am a natural leader and organiser1
- I prefer working on my own, but the advantages of teamwork can have a detrimental impact of executing projects more rapidly and creatively.1
What I’ve learnt from this group project and how I will apply it in the future:
- Leaning on my skillset is advantageous in a group dynamic, however offering to step outside my comfort zone and take on team roles gives me the opportunity to learn and strengthen in other areas and become more a well-rounded team member.1
- I need to work on identifying and actioning issues that arise in an earlier timeframe, allowing the group more opportunity and ways to overcome them.1
